I'm really passionate about what I do and treat all my clients as unique individuals.
My focus is to help you to heal, energise, and become aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a safe space for you to feel calmer, stronger and more resilient through using hypnotherapy techniques to support you to achieve your goal.

Hypnotherapy is one of those therapies that appears to be shrouded in mystery. Many of us have heard of it and may even have preconceived notions, but often we don’t know exactly what it is and how it can help.
This sense of the unknown can stop us from looking at it as a viable option, which is a shame.
It’s a therapy that works on the subconscious, the part of our mind we’re not consciously aware of. The subconscious is responsible for a great deal of thought processes and behaviours; the aim of hypnotherapy is to encourage positive change by communicating with this part of the mind.
In order to communicate with your subconscious, you’ll need to be put into a hypnotic state. This may sound a little scary, but really it is just a very deep relaxation. You will still be completely aware of what’s happening and you are completely in control at all times.
Some of the most popular ways in which hypnotherapy can support you (but is not restricted to) is by helping to change habits (such as smoking), helping with stress-related conditions, easing anxiety, reducing the symptoms of IBS, weight loss/body image/emotional eating issues, managing pain, confidence building, reducing fears and phobias and easing some of the effects of pre-menopause, such as anxiety, sleeplessness and hot flushes.
Hypnotherapy is incredibly versatile.
The power of the mind has such an effect over how we think and feel that there are so many possibilities in what hypnotherapy can help you to achieve.
Through hypnotherapy I can help you to move forward in your life, create a more positive mindset and become calmer and more confident in your choices and decisions.
Hypnotherapy is a short term therapy and usually clients require no more than 6-8 sessions.
I also offer hypnobirthing packages which, whilst in no way replacing the role of midwives and medical professionals can offer many benefits which include: Enhanced bonding, reduction of pain, elimination of fear and tension and a shorter, gentler, calmer and more empowering birthing process.
The techniques can also be enhanced and extended on to include: Feeling more relaxed post birth, confidence with feeding (breast or bottle feeding) and bonding as a family.
